The Birth of a Perfume
Every fragrance begins with a story. It doesn’t start with the finished bottle or even the scent itself, but with a question: What experience do we want to capture in a single drop of perfume?
The journey begins with deep exploration – days spent wandering through spice markets, discovering rare raw materials, and inhaling notes carried from the golden saffron fields of Morocco, the quiet gardens of France, or the sunlit Mediterranean coast. From all these impressions, we carefully select the essences that can tell a story and awaken emotion.
But then comes the most fascinating stage: transforming an idea into a form. The designer sits before a blank page, pencil in hand, sketching the first lines of what will soon become an object of beauty. A delicate drawing, almost like a dream on paper, hinting at the shape, the angles, and the feeling one will have when holding the bottle.
This is how the very first sketch of Essaouira was born – the moment where imagination met reality, where a dream took shape. Over time, the design evolved, refined and matured, yet at its core, the original spark remained – the soul of the perfume.
Because every bottle has value, every design carries intention, and every fragrance tells a story, woven from its first breath of inspiration until it finds its way to you.
